Warranty Policy
Trees and shrubs will have a one year one time replacement warranty as follows:
- Cash and carry trees and shrubs are warranted from the date of invoice.
- Delivered trees and shrubs are warranted from the date of delivery.
- Landscaped trees and shrubs are warranted from the date of planting.
All replacements require a copy of your invoice and dead tree or shrub.
Annual, perennial and roses are excluded from the warranty policy.
